La Bouchée Inc. offers same-day shipping services (99.9%). All online orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be shipped out the same day. After 11:00 AM PST, orders will be shipped out the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Southern California, USA.

Continuous United States

UPS & FEDEX are the common carriers for all domestic shipments. Charges and shipping times are based on shipment type, package size, and weight. Refer to the map below for estimated delivery times on economy delivery shipment types. Expedited shipment types are available and listed in the checkout. Ground shipments are NOT guaranteed. La Bouchée is NOT responsible in the event a delay should occur. Due to current carrier precautions and increased order volume, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for any shipping method. We appreciate your patience as we all work hard to ensure everyone’s safety. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in California, USA.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS are the common carriers for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Both USPS and UPS shipping methods are available to users in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Refer to the above map for estimated delivery times on economy shipping methods to these locations. Delivery dates are estimates, and La Bouchée will not be responsible for any delays on UPS and USPS Ground shipments.

Tracking a Shipment

Shipments can be tracked on the La Bouchée website by logging into your account and reviewing your order history. A shipping confirmation will also be sent for your order, which includes a link to track your order.

Returns & Refunds 

If you would like to return your items (*), please reply to your order email within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return. All returns or exchanges require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact Customer Service HERE to begin the return or exchange process. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds apply only to the cost of the merchandise and do not include shipping or handling charges. Shipping and handling costs incurred to ship your order will also be deducted from your refund, as these expenses cannot be recovered from the carrier. Qualified returns are not eligible for cash refunds and will be issued as store credit only.

La Bouchée is not responsible for return shipping charges, loss, or damage of items approved for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Products must be shipped in an exterior shipping box — please do not use the product box itself, as it may arrive damaged.

Items That Do Not Qualify for Return or Refund

  • Items returned more than 3 days after the RAN has been issued
  • Opened packages or products showing signs of use
  • “Change of mind” returns
  • Items on sale
  • Partial returns of case purchases
  • Items lost or arriving damaged (insurance recommended)
  • Return costs and shipping charges
  • Serving accessories
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Boxes missing the RAN on the outside
  • (*) All Picks, Skewers, Glass Verrines, and Porcelain Verrines are final sale and not eligible for return.

Wrong Item Received

If La Bouchée delivers the wrong item, you must contact us HERE within 24 hours of delivery to open a claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. In such cases, La Bouchée will provide either a suitable replacement or a full refund. Please allow 1–2 weeks after the returned item is received for processing of credits or refunds.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us HERE within 24 hours of delivery to open a claim. All claims must include your order number and photos as proof of damage.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost or stolen, please contact us HERE within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. La Bouchée will file a claim with the carrier in an attempt to help locate the package. If the carrier is unable to validate the claim, La Bouchée cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. Furthermore, La Bouchée Inc. is not liable for any actions that occur after a package has been delivered, including theft.
