Shipping

La Bouchée offers same-day shipping services (99.9%), all purchase orders received by 11:00 AM PT will be shipped out the same day. After 11:00 AM PT orders will be shipped out the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in southern California, USA.

Contiguous United States

UPS & FEDEX are the common carriers for all domestic shipments. Charges and shipping times are based on shipment type, package size, and weight. Refer to the below map for estimated delivery times on economy delivery shipment types. Expedited shipment types are available and listed in the checkout. Ground shipments are NOT guaranteed. La Bouchée is NOT responsible in the event a delay should occur. Due to current carrier precautions and increased order volume, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for any shipping method. We appreciate your patience as we all work hard to ensure everyone’s safety. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in California, USA.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS are the common carriers for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Both USPS and UPS shipping methods are available to users in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Refer to the above map for estimated delivery times on economy shipping methods to these locations. Delivery dates are estimates and La Bouchée will not be responsible for any delays on UPS and USPS Ground shipments.

Tracking a Shipment

Shipments can be tracked on the La Bouchée website by logging into your account and reviewing your order history. A shipping confirmation will also be sent for your order which includes a link to track your order.

Returns & Refunds 

If you want to return your items(*), please reply to your order email within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. All returns or exchanges require approval and an RMA number. Please contact customer service to begin the return or exchange process. We cannot accept unapproved returns or exchanges.

All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges that we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund as well and we cannot recoup these costs from the shipping company. Qualified returns are eligible for store credit or refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks after the return is received for processing of all return credits or refunds.

La Bouchée is not responsible for return shipping charges, loss, or damage of items approved for return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns to avoid loss or damage. Please ship your returned product in an exterior shipping box. Do not use the product box as the shipping box as the product may arrive damaged. We’d like you to know what doesn’t qualify for a return or refund:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the Return Authorization Number (RAN) being issued
  • Opened product packages and products that have signs of use
  • Items on sales
  • Partial return of case purchases
  • Items lost or arriving damaged (insurance recommended)
  • Return costs
  • Shipping charges
  • Serving accessories
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing part
  • Boxes missing Retour Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside
  • (*) All Picks, Skewers, Glass verrine, and porcelain verrine items sales are final

If you received an item in error, then you must contact contact@laboucheeca.com within 2 business days of the date the order was delivered to open a claim. We will gladly waive the restocking fee. We cannot accept unapproved returns.  

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or missing items, then you must contact contact@laboucheeca.com within 3 business days of the date the order was delivered to open a claim. All claims are required to include your order number and pictures that show proof of damage.

If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, then you must contact us at contact@laboucheeca.com to report the issue within 3 business days of the order’s expected delivery date.

Please note: When you report a lost or stolen order, we will file a claim with the carrier in an attempt to help locate your package. If the carrier is unable to validate the claim, then La Bouchée cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. In addition, Restaurantware cannot be held liable for any actions that occur after a package has been delivered, including theft.
