La Bouchée Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping Policy

La Bouchée offers same-day shipping services (99.9%), all purchase orders received by 11:00 AM PT will be shipped out the same day after 11:00 AM PT orders will be shipped out the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse based in southern California, USA.

For your convenience, La Bouchée decide to ship all orders via Ground Shipping to all 50 United States. Refer to the Ground Delivery Map for estimated delivery times.

Returns & Refunds 

If you want to return your items(*), please reply to your order email within 48h of delivery to initiate a return. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges that we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund as well as we cannot recoup these costs from the shipping company.

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us and send us pictures at to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

If you received an item in error, we will gladly waive the restocking fee. All claims must be made within 24hrs of receiving the order. We cannot accept unapproved returns. 

La Bouchée is not responsible for return shipping charges, loss, or damage of items approved for return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns to avoid loss or damage. We’d like you to know what doesn’t qualify for a return or refund:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 8 days of the Return Authorization Number (RAN) being issued
  • Opened product packages and products that has sign of use
  • Items on sales
  • Partial return of case purchases
  • Items lost or arriving damaged (insurance recommended)
  • Return costs
  • Shipping charges
  • Serving accessories
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing part
  • Boxes missing Retour Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside
  • (*) All Picks, Skewers, Glass verrine, and porcelain verrine items sales are final
