La Bouchee Shipping Policy

La Bouchee FREE Ground Shipping for parcel order ONLY: La Bouchée is offering a special shipment option: Free Ground Shipping on all parcel orders over $500. This offer is available on all parcel orders made on www.laboucheeca.com and delivered in the 48 Contiguous United States only. Select Free Ground Shipping as the Shipping Method in the checkout process.
This offer is limited to GROUND shipping ONLY. No discounts can be used on the order to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States. Refer to the delivery map for times on this economy delivery method.

La Bouchee Shipping: We offer Same Day Shipping Services, all purchase orders received by 11:00 AM PT will be shipped out the same day after 11:00 AM PT orders will be shipped out the following business day. All packages can be tracked at www.FEDEX.com. Orders are shipped from the La Bouchee Warehouse located in Riverside, CA 92503, USA. For all orders more than 10 cartons, we will ship your order on a pallet.

Contiguous United States: FedEx is our partnership for all domestic shipments. Charges and shipping times are based on shipment type, package size, and weight. Refer to the Ground Delivery Map for estimated delivery times on economy delivery shipment types.

U.S. Territories and the Freely Associated States: FedEx and UPS are common carriers for international shipments, depending on location and delivery method. Both occasionally use affiliated logistics companies to fulfill the shipment. Contact us via an email to contact@laboucheeca.com if you are experiencing trouble with processing an order for which the intended delivery address is international.

Tracking a Shipment: Shipments can be tracked on the La Bouchee website, using the username and password that was provided in placing the order. Refer to emails sent by La Bouchée for the username associated with your account.


La Bouchée Returns & Refunds 

La Bouchée strives to provide you with the highest customer service & quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 5 days of delivery. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns. If the product you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item, contact us at +1 310.210.2976 and send us pictures at contact@laboucheeca.com to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. If you received an item in error, we will gladly waive the restocking fee. All claims must be made within 48hrs after receiving the order. We cannot accept unapproved returns. La Bouchée is not responsible for return shipping charges, loss, or damage of items approved for return. Please ship all returns via insured shipment methods to avoid loss or damage. We’d like you to know what doesn’t qualify for a return or refund:

    • Opened product packages and products that has sign of use
    • Items on sales
    • Partial return of case purchases
    • Items loss or arriving damaged (insurance recommended)
    • Return costs
    • Shipping charges
    • Serving accessories
    • Items that are not in its original condition, damaged or missing part
    • Boxes missing Retour Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside
