La Bouchée offers same-day shipping services, all purchase orders received by 12:00 PM PT will be shipped out the same day after 12:00 AM PT orders will be shipped out the following business day. Orders are shipped from the La Bouchee Warehouse located in Ontario, CA 91761, USA.
For your convenience, La Bouchée decide to ship all orders via Ground Shipping to all 50 United States. Refer to the Ground Delivery Map for estimated delivery times.

If you are not happy with your purchase (1), you may return it to us within 2 days of delivery. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns. If the product you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item, contact us and send us pictures at contact@laboucheeca.com to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. If you received an item in error, we will gladly waive the restocking fee. All claims must be made within 24hrs of receiving the order. We cannot accept unapproved returns. La Bouchée is not responsible for return shipping charges, loss, or damage of items approved for return. Please ship all returns via insured shipment methods to avoid loss or damage.
