What if an item is not in stock

La Bouchée values the importance of your approaching event. We take extensive pains to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we make every effort to contact you via email or phone. Please make sure the contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to reach you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

As such, great effort is made to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting policy, as we unfortunately cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

Payment and Sales Tax

La Bouchée accepts all major credit and debit cards.
La Bouchée is a California based company.  Therefore we are required to collect CA sales tax to non tax exempt customers in California.
Those who live outside California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on laboucheeca.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.  If you are a B2B customer please contact us directly at contact@laboucheeca.com for tax exempt purchases.

If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your email order confirmation where you will find the tracking number for the items you ordered. You may also login to your account by clicking “log in” on the home page and then selecting “view order status” on the following page. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.
Our manufacturers’ rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your My Favorites folder, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, La Bouchée will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our manufacturers. La Bouchée reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, La Bouchée will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While La Bouchée team works diligently to review the safety of all products, La Bouchée cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, La Bouchée is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
